Orders are usually shipped within two business days (72 Hours) (Monday - Friday) of purchase from Baltimore MD
Pre-ordered items carry a lead time of 10-18 business days . In stock items will be shipped in 2 business days . You might receive multiple packages if one or more of the purchased items are in back order.
When your shipping label is created, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information. (To prevent package theft, orders with a value of $250+ will require a signature upon receipt)
After your order has shipped, it will generally take 3-5 business days to arrive. (Delivery could take longer for more remote regions.) This is just an estimate and does not include weekends, holidays or any issues that the courier encounters making the delivery.
NOTE: We ship to the address you provide, so please ensure all information is 100% accurate. Once an order is placed, we CANNOT make any changes. The standard return fee of $9.75 applies to all returned to sender packages. taxes are not refundable .
